Strategies>>> Negative Calorie Diet Secrets Revealed
When dieting you know that all foods contain some sort of calories,
but there are some foods that are considered to be “negative
calorie” foods. This does not mean that the food contains a negative
amount of calories, but it means that some foods require more energy
to breakdown than they contain. The process of breaking down these
foods results in great natural fat-burning advantages. Sometimes
these foods are referred to as fat burning foods. The list of
negative- calorie foods include vegetables, fruits, legumes, lentils
and beans.
For example, a piece of cake that contains 400 calories may require
only 150 calories in order to be digested by the body. This means
that you will receive a net gain of 250 calories that eventually is
added to our body as fat. So the theory of “negative calorie foods”
is that if you eat a snack that contains 100 calories and it
requires 150 calories to digest, then you will end up burning an
additional 50 calories just by eating that food item.
Another example: when you eat a 25-calorie piece of broccoli, it
uses 80 calories to digest. This means that you will have a net loss
of 55 calories from body fat. Some say that in this respect, the
more you eat these foods means the more weight you will lose.
There are many food items that are considered to have negative
calorie fat-burning qualities. There is so much variety that there
are plenty of choices when someone is looking for low calories, a
nice taste coupled with negative calorie properties. There are tons
of people who look towards this method when they want to lose weight
and fight obesity. They enjoy this method because they do not have
to deal with the feeling of starving. There are about 100 foods that
you can choose from that provide negative calorie capabilities.
