  • Cut down your consumption of processed food to avoid the “empty calories” of saturated fats, added sugar, refined cereal grains and additives.
  • When you are having fruits try to peel the fruit as little as possible as the peel and pith are very nutrient rich.
  • Cook the vegetables very lightly by simply steaming or stir-frying and eat raw vegetable to benefit from hormones and enzymes.
