Exercising Right

Exercising right is a cornerstone of weight loss.

Here is a cardinal rule: if you are doing very little, take small steps to increase your activity. You will not become a marathon runner overnight. Try a pedometer and start walking a little more every day or something that works for you. You want to alter your long term habbits. Whatever form of exercise you choose you should treat it as something that you deserve to do and know that it will enhances your life.



If you have had a bad experience of exercise especially in school then it is too easy to think of exercise as hard work and a chore. You will think of it as something that both your mind and body have to endure, when the truth is that actually both your body and mind love exercise and need it to function efficiently.
